Custom Woodworking

Our woodworking and woodburning work started with family. Our uncle Paul owns 172 acres of land upstate, and when he added an extension to his home, he gave us some extra cherry wood from his property and said, “Make me something.”

Using wood from his land, we created coasters and bottle openers using the bullets he hunts with, and a charcuterie board engraved with the coordinates of his home—the place the wood came from. That piece is where our woodburning journey began.

Today, much of the wood we use still comes from family land in New York and Connecticut. Another uncle runs a landscaping and design company and lets us know whenever beautiful trees are being removed, and we mill the wood ourselves to turn it into something new.
